Managed IT Services and Support for Businesses in Israel

Your outsourced IT department: ongoing technical support, monitoring, backups and access control, at a fixed monthly price. Not a technician who turns up once it has already broken.

Call usWhatsApp

The signs it's time for a permanent IT provider

Every fault stops work, and nobody is actually accountable for closing it.

You call a technician when something breaks, then wait for them to be free — sometimes days.

Nobody knows for certain whether the backup works, or when it was last tested.

Someone who left two months ago is still in your systems with access to data.

Equipment ages with no replacement plan, and every purchase becomes an event.

Your current provider is slow, documents nothing, and can't give you a clear picture.

What ongoing support covers — and what it doesn't

IT Support for Businesses

Ongoing support for your users with every fault, remotely and on site when hands are needed. A dedicated contact who knows the business and is accountable for closing every request, not a rotating helpdesk. Response times by fault type are written into the agreement: a fault that stops work is handled before a request that can be scheduled.

Computer, Server and Network Maintenance

Proactive monitoring of workstations, servers and network that catches faults before they stop work. Security updates and preventive maintenance, backup management including real restore testing, and a systems review with a periodic report. Your equipment gets a replacement plan instead of surprises.

Outsourced IT Department

Instead of hiring an IT person or chasing a technician every time: an external IT department at a fixed monthly price. User and permission management, orderly joiners and leavers, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and coordination with outside vendors. Full documentation of your environment that stays yours.

What it costs

Ongoing support at a fixed monthly price, based on the number of workstations, the number of sites and the level of availability. The proposal states exactly what is and isn't included, with no asterisks. If a retainer isn't right for your business, we'll say so on the call and offer pay-per-call support instead.

What the agreement says

Fault typeFirst response
Stops workThe server won't start, no internet in the officeWithin 1 hour
Disrupts workA printer, software that won't openWithin 4 working hours
Scheduled requestA new employee, a software installWithin 4 working hours, carried out as agreed
  • Response time: getting back to you and starting work, during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00).
  • A work-stopping fault not fixed remotely: on site by the next business day.

Priced separately

  • Hardware, licences and subscriptions — purchased for you, at cost, transparently
  • Large build and infrastructure projects — quoted as projects
  • Custom software development and automation
  • Support inside a third party's specialist software — we coordinate with them for you
  • Out-of-hours work not agreed in advance

Built for organisations that need accountability, not just a technician

Response times defined in the agreement, not promised verbally
Remote and on-site support anywhere in the country
Full documentation of your environment — yours to keep if we ever part ways
Managed permissions and a proper leaver process
Vendor-neutral — recommendations follow your need, not a commission
A dedicated contact who knows the business, instead of a rotating helpdesk
